Financial Plan 2025-2035

The Financial Plan 2025-2035 was adopted at the October 2025 Council meeting. The Financial Plan sets out our future spending, saving and investment so we can continue delivering and maintaining our services and infrastructure. Strategies outlined in the Plan will feed into our budgeting as well as other strategic planning documents within Council’s Integrated Planning Framework.

Over a 12-month period commencing in November 2024, the Financial Plan was developed in conjunction with the Council Plan and in accordance with Council's deliberative engagement principles. Input was received from over 2,000 people who shared more than 3,200 ideas and suggestions. Feedback on the draft plan finished in September 2025.

The adoption of the Financial Plan follows community consultation on the draft conducted in August and September. Two community members completed the Financial Plan survey throughout the community review period. Feedback was also provided at the community engagement Pop-up sessions.
