NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE TERMINAL BUILDING

Wangaratta Rural City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 202 (the Act) of its intention to lease the 'Terminal Building' at the Wangaratta Aerodrome, 72 Brian Higgins Drive, Laceby.

Council gives notice that Council proposes to enter into a lease agreement for a period of 10 years or more.

In their written submission, a person may also request to be heard by a Committee of Council in support of their submission. Submitters will be notified before the relevant meeting date.
