Game of Chance Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Open to residents of the Rural City of Wangaratta municipal residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of The Rural City of Wangaratta, are not eligible to participate.  

How to Enter:

  • Register your details via Connect Wangaratta by visiting connectwangaratta.com.au
  • Click 'Register Today' and register your details for Wangaratta Connect.

Promotion Period:

  • The giveaway starts on 1 November, 2024 ends on 1 May, 2025.
  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. 

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries that registered each month.
  • The winner will be notified via email and announced on the Connect website homepage.

Prizes:

  • Prizes may change at the discretion of the Rural City of Wangaratta.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Release of Liability:

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold The Rural City of Wangaratta, Meta, and other organisations harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

Data Privacy:

  • Participants’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

Changes to Terms:

  • The Rural City of Wangaratta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
