Game of Chance Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to residents of the Rural City of Wangaratta aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.
• Employees of The Rural City of Wangaratta are not eligible to participate.  

How to Enter:

• Select the option "I would like to enter to win a $50 voucher" and enter your name and email address in the final question of the survey.

Promotion Period:

• The giveaway start and end dates are the same as the survey start and end date.
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. 

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email.

Prizes:

• Prizes may change at the discretion of the Rural City of Wangaratta.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Release of Liability:

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold The Rural City of Wangaratta, Meta, and other organisations harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

Data Privacy:

• Participants’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

Changes to Terms:

• The Rural City of Wangaratta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
